The
Netherlands climate is as moody and unpredictable as a human mind. After a very sunny Monday, I was surprised to wake up to a very foggy morning. As the family is in
India, it was my turn to take Sheru out and all I could see outside was white thick fog.
I haven’t seen such a thick fog in my two years stay here so it was obvious that I took some photos of the fog.
The Canal near our house. I can see only a few meters. There is a very tall building in that fog.
The canal near which sheru goes for a walk. The road is parallel to the canal. The building is opposite to the canal
Taken from the park in front of our house. The faint outline of our building can be seen in the background. The building is hardly a few meters away from where I was standing
The road in front of the house. The traffic was low at this time, most probably because of the fog.
The sidewalk just next to the canal seen in picture 1. I had walked some more distance and I still couldn’t see the tall building
On the Lelylaan station from where I take the metro to my office. The station overlooks the Tram track. The visibility was very low.
Sheru is not concerned how the climate is and if the visibility is low or normal. He has a strong nose to smell things. I really doubt his nose too because he would hardly look at a dog near by if he is really smelling something in the bushes.
A panorama picture showing the road in front of my house. My Phone camera has so cool features
All the photos taken with Sony Ericsson W810i
Look at the photo from the movie “Silent Hills”, a horror set in a fictional town with a lot of fog. Although the fog and smoke is due to underground coal fire, the fog still gives an eerie feeling. Now look at the photos above. Scary ah!

Nice pictures, Punds.
But what is this thing about the mobile features??? I thought you refused to have a mobile that could do anything but calls and sms!!! Kya hua??? Did you get the mobile bug, yaar???
No Monica
But I was looking for an MP3 player and my older mobile would turn off even when I was talking. People would complain that I don’t pick up phone when in fact my phone would be off without me knowing anything about it.
Difficult to keep two devices in the pocket you see.
So it was buying a mobile phone and a MP3 player. So bought a 2-in-1

The weather has brightened and is quite sunny here. Almost like Summer is here overtaking spring. Glad u like the new color scheme. Janata seva huh ! lol
Hey there,
I love these pics, reminds me of England with the road signs on the road instead of on a pole, like here in Alabama…Thanks!
