Batata Vada

Batate wadas, I made for my birthday. It took me almost 7 hours to prepare them. 4 hours on 9th May and 3 hours on 10th May.

I prepared 85 wadas. 10 for home and 75 for office. All wadas were gone in less than 2 hours. Am I a great cook or what?

Blimey! They look delicious, Punds! But 7 hours… gone in 2 hours!!! That means they were really good!
